Developing talent requires the ability to journey individuals through:
Three levels of maturity, and
Four stages of development.
These are as relevant to athletes as they are to education and talent development at work because they are designed to enable and direct behaviour.
We have used the development process in amateur and professional sports and in large and smaller corporate environments to create sustainable and responsible results.
You are welcome to contact us if you want to become: A Next Generation Coach that understands your subject matter; the ahlete and who are excited to learn more about:

Why monitoring matters
How to use monitoring
We work with federations that are motivated to improve the quality of coaching under their leadership and use two processes. We build...
The capacity to make data-informed decisions.
We introduce league-wide health and wellness monitoring. This fully integrated and real-time monitoring solution creates the ability to understand and manage risks. Athletes load (log) wellness and health-related data to a central dashboard that creates the ability to respond in real time and make data-informed decisions.
The ability to create an athlete-centric environment.
We introduce My Brain Code to coaches and train them to administer the process. They use these insights in the development of athlete-centric coaching protocols and in load management. The My Brain Code process enables coaches to access individual performance activators and manage performance risk factors.
We train coaches to become My Brain Code practitioners.
Completing the process enables coaches to administer it themselves. This creates the capacity in a federation to scale the solution to their extended player base.
JL is one of our experienced MY Code Coaches and he will guide you through the process. JL will share a wealth a insights he still employes when he works with top talent around the world. His background is tennis. His field of expertise: People and Performance.
